The highly industrialized production phases determine a high and constant quality standard, as well as a long lasting output. Waterjet cutting ensures high precision, cold cutting also avoids any alteration or deformation of the material.
CLEANING AND POLISHING DEPARTMENT
Once produced and protected in hard plastic cases or trays with their internal sponge, our semi-finished products are taken to our cleaning department to be treated. In addition to the classic manual workstations, the department also includes 20 automatic cleaning machines with robotic arms, a rotating table and even a double robotization to simulate the action of two human figures at work. Polishing and cleaning are impeccable. The department also includes an area for sandblasting the built-in parts and the technical details.
CHROME PLATING PLANT
Surfaces chrome plating is also carried out inside our factories with the use of automatic systems in compliance with European standards of quality and the environment. A large chrome plating system designed for taps and fittings, shower accessories and bathroom accessories; with the same quality we also plate small parts, fittings and technical components.
GALVANIC TREATMENTS PLANT FOR FINISHINGS AND DECORATIVES
Our galvanic department has sequentially aligned tanks in which aesthetic and protective finishing treatments are performed. This allows us to complete our catalog with over 40 finishing combinations and to combine the different colors to obtain decorative motifs for the patented DEKORA technique.
Painted faucets, especially in the matt white and matt black versions, are confirmed as a highly appreciated choice in modern solutions for their elegance and versatility. Daniel Rubinetterie has its own painting system to take care of every little detail of the colors.
TEST, ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGING
The finished parts are taken to the pre-assembly or assembly department, where all the individual leak tests are also performed. Depending on the type of product and on the size of the production lot, our employees assemble manually or using automatic machines. The aesthetic verification and the final testing are the phases in which Daniel Rubinetterie sanctions the validity of the product. After all the tests are passed, our faucets are ready to be packaged and shipped to reach you all over the world!
